Slider

adopts an elongated rectangular hexahedron guideway with alloy wear-resistant liners,
ensuring excellent stability and high guiding precision.

PLC

acts as the “brain” and “nerve center” of the pneumatic punch press.
It replaces complex relay control circuits in older machines by using internally stored programs to receive signals from various sensors.
Through logical judgment and computation,
it ultimately commands pneumatic solenoid valves and motors to achieve automated, precise, and safe control of the punch press.
