Today, we have successfully manufactured an full electric bending machine.
Driven by a servo motor, it offers the advantages of high efficiency, rapid speed, and energy efficiency & environmental friendliness.
It requires no hydraulic oil, is simple to operate, and eliminates concerns about after-sales service.
This bending machine will be shipped to Poland to serve our customers there.
Currently, the growing trend towards all-electric bending machines has become evident, and they will be applied across more industries.
Direct Drive by Servo Motor
Utilizes a direct drive structure with a high-response servo motor and a large-lead ball screw. This achieves an energy conversion efficiency of over 90%, saving 40%-60% energy compared to hydraulic systems. A single machine can save up to 20,000 kWh of electricity annually.
Elimination of Hydraulic System Losses
Completely eliminates hydraulic oil pumps, valve groups, and pipelines, removing the 25% energy loss typical of hydraulic systems. It also avoids power attenuation issues caused by hydraulic oil temperature rise.
Intelligent Standby Mode
Zero Power Consumption on Standby: The servo motor consumes almost no electricity when the equipment is on standby.
Power on Demand: Electricity is consumed only during slider movement (up or down) and when pressure is applied.
